General Policies and Procedures
For New Accounts
Prepayment is required for all purchaser new accounts. Please allow ten (10) business days for the company check to clear before shipment is made. First 5 orders must be paid in cash, certified checks, cashier checks, money orders or wire transfers. Thereafter company checks may be accepted upon approval of credit and verification of credit worthiness. Your company name address must appear on your check and match your account with seller's permit information. Temporary, personal and postdated checks are not acceptable. We will charge a fee of $30 for each returned check and we will no longer accept checks after a second returned check.
Sales Order Terms and Conditions
Goods We Love, LLC sales order terms and conditions are set forth on the Goods We Love, LLC website at www.goodswelove.nyc . These sales order terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Each Sales Order signed by a purchaser of merchandise agrees to the Sales Order terms and conditions as part of such acceptance.
Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAP)
Goods We Love, LLC has determined that its interests are best served through the adoption of a minimum advertised price ("MAP") policy. This MAP policy is designed to protect re-seller margins and sales process efficiency, support the Goods We Love, LLC brand as a premium offering; and avoid destructive intra-brand re-seller conflict.
This policy has been unilaterally adopted by Goods We Love, LLC and will be effective from April 1, 2015 and uniformly enforced starting April 1, 2015. This policy is applied to exclusive models only.
This MAP policy covers all Goods We Love, LLC re-sellers located in the United States. Although re-sellers remain free to establish their own resale prices, Goods We Love, LLC will, without assuming any liability, unilaterally impose sanctions as described in this policy against re-sellers who advertise applicable Goods We Love, LLC products at prices below those specified in companies price book or online. Goods We Love, LLC will not discuss any conditions of acceptance related to this MAP policy, as it is non-negotiable, and will not be altered for any re-seller.
MAP applies only to minimum advertised prices and does not apply to the price at which the products are actually sold, or to advertised prices higher than the unilateral minimum resale prices established by Goods We Love, LLC.
Minimum Advertised Price
MAP prices are published in Goods We Love, LLC's electronic Price Book (effective May 1, 2015). The products and MAP may be changed from time to time at Goods We Love, LLC's sole discretion. Goods We Love, LLC re-sellers are responsible for remaining current with MAP policy, products and pricing.
Each advertisement below the MAP will be a violation of the policy.
The MAP policy applies to all advertisements of specific Goods We Love, LLC products in and all media including, without limitation, flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail order catalogs, Internet or similar electronic media, television, radio and public signage.
In the event a re-seller chooses not to follow the Goods We Love, LLC MAP policy, sanctions will be unilaterally imposed by Goods We Love, LLC. Violations of MAP policy shall be determined by Goods We Love, LLC in its sole discretion.
Goods We Love, LLC will not accept any communication from a re-seller who has violated this MAP policy regarding the violation or the willingness of the re-seller to bring its prices into compliance with the MAP policy. Goods We Love, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates MAP policy and continuous violations can result in termination of account.
Goods We Love, LLC reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend, or discontinue the MAP policy in whole or in part or designate promotional periods during which the terms of the policy change or designate periods of time during which the policy is not applicable. Policy modifications shall be made available on the Goods We Love, LLC website.
Goods We Love, LLC is not seeking agreement from any re-seller to adhere to this MAP policy. It is entirely within the discretion of the re-seller whether to comply or not comply.
Goods We Love, LLC sales personnel have no authority to modify or grant exceptions to this policy or have any communications with any re-seller regarding violations of this map policy.
All questions or comments regarding this MAP policy are to be directed to the policy administrator at nordsonricky[at]gmail.com. The policy administrator shall be solely responsible for determining whether a violation of the policy has occurred, communicating decisions to re-sellers regarding the policy and receiving any communication regarding sanctions imposed under this policy.
To reduce and prevent pick-up traffic, all freight companies are required to call 24 hours prior arriving at our warehouse. All shipments are FOB NJ our warehouse, shipped freight collect. Palletized orders are well packed and protected to ensure safe delivery. Please allow 1-4 business days to prepare the order on pallet.
Notification of Changes
Please check the Goods We Love, LLC Terms and Conditions regularly, as updates and changes are made as necessary. Any information on the Goods We Love, LLC web site can be changed without prior notification.
